User Guide
The most popular way to use The Acuvity Acupressure Mat is to lay with your back, neck, shoulders, tummy or legs on the Mat. An illustrated User Guide is included with the product to provide additional guidance.
Aim to use your mat with bare skin for full benefit. If you feel the need to reduce the sensation on your skin, use the provided cotton sheet on top of the mat or wear a thin T-shirt.
To provide some additional cushioning, use the mat on top of a bed, yoga mat or rug rather than directly on the floor.
Simply allow the Mat to apply pressure to different parts of your body resulting in a warming sensation, relaxation and full body restoration.
